With CubiCasa you only pay for your activity. That means that if your business has a month with less demand, the costs will decrease as well. With companies like Roomle, which require a yearly or monthly subscription, the price is not in accordance with the amount of work you have. As the real estate market is not regular at all, the best option is to pay for the projects your company does, not for the possibility of doing them.
CubiCasa’s main strength is the software it uses to create floor plans from a 5-minute scan, no sketching, drafting, or finalizing is required. Whereas with Roomle you need to draw the plan by yourself, and not only the walls but also the windows and doors. This also means that drawing complex properties might be much harder, for example with Roomle you can’t draw curved lines, you will have to draw multiple small straight lines to create a curved wall. When you use CubiCasa, the app will do the curved wall on its own, no need for you to struggle. Drawing the floor plan from scratch is a time-consuming task and above that, you need to add the correct dimensions when you work with Roomle. On the other side, CubiCasa generates and finalizes the floor plans for you in 6 to 24 hours depending on the product you chose.
With Roomle you can create an entire property from scratch as well as remodel and furnish it virtually whereas, with CubiCasa, you scan the property and get the floor plan. So, if your idea is to create a floor plan for a nonexistent house or refurnish one then Roomle might be the right fit for you. However, if you just want the floor plan of a property for a listing for example, then using CubiCasa might be more valuable for you.
We provide a walkthrough video showcasing the key areas of the property. The average duration of the video ranges from 1-3 minutes, and is based on the size of the property. Delivery in MP4 format without audio.
