With CubiCasa you can easily choose your add-ons for the real estate listing floor plans. You decide when and how often to scan based on your needs, you don’t have to start/renew any subscription. Moreover, regardless of how many floors/levels of the property you include, or if want to scan decks, patios, or outdoor structures, you will pay the same fixed pricing. And the first scan is free!
RoomSketcher has both subscription pricing and pay-as-you-go pricing options. However, if you chose to order your floorplan with the pay-as-you-go option, you would have to upload the blueprint/sketch for each level and pay separately for each ($38/level).
Their annual subscriptions instead (Personal $49/year-20 credits or Business $99/year-50 credits) are based on credits that have different meanings for each type of floor plan.

After scanning with CubiCasa, you’ll receive a professional floor plan and Gross Living Area (GLA) within 24 hours or in 6 hours if you select rush order. No drafting or finalizing is needed. You will be able to download your floor plans in a variety of formats including JPG, PNG, and SVG. You can even make advanced edits to the SVG floor plan in any vector graphics editor. For example, you could use Adobe Illustrator and make your own customizations such as fire pits, pools, or site plans. Roomsketcher instead does not offer SVG formats at the moment. We follow the RICS and ANSI standards in creating the floor plans and label the rooms automatically for you.
