Tech will enable agents and brokers to provide better end products to their customers, in turn benefiting their companies. Be prepared in the following years to see more of these key influencers exposing themselves as technically savvy players.

One example of the use of technology in the real estate area is the gathering of data for interior spaces. This data becomes an asset for a property that can be used to automate tedious manual tasks that exist today like automatically populating property information for MLS listings.
Companies such as Matterport, iGuide, NodalView, and Ricoh Tours are all helping businesses capture the world digitally, creating a vast knowledge base of very useful data. I had many discussions with key players and without a doubt, the underlying theme was the need for photographs along with floor plans as a minimum for every real estate listing.
