In April 2022, we will begin to roll out a new product option, and a set of new features for you.
You requested, we delivered! You will now have the option to select your own SLA, you can choose to receive your order on the normal SLA (within 24 hours), or our new Rush Order (target delivery time of 6 hours) by paying an additional fee.
The new product includes a listing floor plan that demonstrates the flow of the property, and an ANSI-aligned GLA sketch.
The new product option will be called “Base Floor Plan”, and includes the following characteristics:
- CubiCasa’s watermark on the floor plan
- Only black and white
- No Fixed Furniture even on the GLA
- Just an opening indicating the doors (the doors type and direction will not be displayed)
- Multi-frame windows will be displayed as one big window
- No columns
- No compass
- Simplified GLA
You are still able to select the following items:
- SLA
- Unit (Imperial or metric)
- Total area: GIA / GLA / None
- Disclaimer (you can customize your disclaimer)
- Language
- Version with and without dimensions
Our current offering will be rebranded “Plus Floor Plan”, and includes all the current features.
On the Plus Floor Plan you are able to select the following items:
- SLA
- Unit (Imperial or metric)
- Total area: GIA / GLA / None
- Disclaimer (you can customize your disclaimer)
- Language
- Version with and without dimensions
- Resolution
- Measurement arrow (you can decide if you prefer to show or hide it)
- Compass
* 6-hour target delivery means that we will deliver 99% of the orders within 6 hours.
Note: The 6-hour delivery does not apply if:
The total area exceeds 10 000 sq ft.
The user didn’t follow the best scanning techniques.
