Q: Can an order’s type be changed (base to plus or the opposite) after the order has been placed?
A: No, you can only select the order’s type before you send the order, after you have sent it, you cannot change the type.
Q: Can an order’s SLA be changed (normal to rush/express or the opposite) after the order has been placed?

Q: What does the 6-hour Target Delivery mean?
A: This means that you will have the option to pay an extra fee to get your order delivered within 6 hours.
