We have two products, the floor plans and the Digital GLA.
Our floor plans are created by using the RICS standard with the following limitations:
- Specifications about space height are not taken into account
While we’ve built our Digital GLA product to align to the standards outlined in ANSI-Z765 wherever possible.
This includes alignment to detailed ANSI requirements surrounding above and below grade areas, staircases, unfinished spaces, and much more. You can find more details about the GLA here.
