Log into your CubiCasa account from a browser and click on the “List & Search” tab to see all your orders. If you are a manager, you will be able to all orders from all users and all offices from your company. If you want to narrow down and see the orders from all users from your office, you can click on the “Office” tab, or to see only your personal orders, you can select the “Personal” tab.
The status of your order will be denoted by the symbol on the left. Here is what they mean:
: Your order is pending/being processed
: Your order is ready
: Your fix request is being processed
From this screen, you can select the following actions from the Actions pull down menu and go directly to that feature:
- Show on map
- Make a fix request
- Quick Edit floor plan
- Download
Or, you can click on the order to see the details for that order:
