Unfortunately, you have to redo the entire scan. It’s not currently possible to add to a scan once you have stopped the video.
As a workaround, if you only forgot to scan one room, you can submit a Fix Request with a sketch showing the position, and the shape of the room, our production team will draw this for you. Please note, that if the room is too complex, the production team might reject the request.
However, please, bear in mind that even if you send us the dimensions, we cannot provide accurate dimensions because the room wasn’t scanned, and we cannot edit the dimensions manually.
As a workaround, after you get your floor plan, you can use the Quick Edit, toggle off the dimensions, then you can add a free text with the dimensions you want.
